Vstreet can only be entered by registered users who have been enrolled by their agency, or who have purchased an individual subscription. Users create their unique login name and password. All communications that are shared with other Vstreet users, including artwork, poetry, bulletin board and chats, are monitored by Vstreet and/or agency staff. Users' personal information is never shared with anyone outside that user's agency staff.
