On-site staff training is also available to equip your staff to fully understand Vstreet features, curriculums, and administrative tools; design a management structure for your group; and develop a plan for incorporating Vstreet into your youth programs. Each subscription includes a Student Workbook that introduces all of Vstreet's features in an easy step-by-step plan. The lessons not only explain the functions of Vstreet, but help the student learn life and social skills that apply in each area. Teacher Handbooks are included for staff and student mentors who are helping new subscribers learn their way around the site.

A detailed Help menu is available in each and every part of Vstreet, and the entire User's Guide is available from the student's V-Room. The same User's Guide and the Admin Guide are available for staff in the Office.

Vstreet consultants provide initial orientation to the site via phone and email. And last but not least, users can "send a comment" from any part of Vstreet when they need help, have suggestions, or just want to contact us.
