Cost: Vstreet costs $24 per year, per user. The subscription year begins when a user logs in for the first time. Discounts are available for groups of 100 or more. Since each user customizes the site and stores personal information, subscriptions cannot be shared.

Each agency designates an administrator who is responsible for managing their group of Vstreet users. The administrator registers new users, customizes Vstreet features, enters agency events to their Calendar, and monitors Chats and posts to the Bulletin Board. Administrators can see usage activities of all users in their group. Administrators are notified by email when a group member submits poetry or artwork that is accepted and posted. Vstreet also sends regular emails to administrators to keep them informed about Vstreet.

Administrators receive a free 45-minute training session by phone after the account is set up. Detailed, easy-to-read Users Guides are built into Vstreet and are available any time. Free technical support is available by phone Monday-Friday, 9-5 PST at 800-777-6636. Also, Vstreet users can report a problem or ask questions by clicking on the Comment button that appears on every screen.
